I've done hundreds of rockED videos, & really dislike this app for a few different reasons. I can see this could be a good app for learning, but it needs major work. While there is useful information, it takes way longer than needed to get to that information. Many of the instructors speak slowly & overenunciate every word, but there is no option to speed up or slow down playback. Also, many of the trainings assigned to me are specific to other job roles and do not apply to me in any way.

Need a version to do this on a computer. Phone screen is too small and strains my eyes. While it might be a "me" problem, having multiple ways to access your content would be better for you as a company. also when i asked about this feature, the response was unacceptable. it was instructions on how to download the app to my phone and asking what errors i was encountering...completely irrelevant and disregarded my concern like they didnt even read it.

We appreciate your feedback! While our current focus is on the mobile experience, we'll consider your request for a computer-based version as we evaluate future plans. In the meantime, you might try adjusting your phone's display settings to enhance readability.
