I was using this app last year, and I was working just fine. After they killed NeoBt, I was forced to try this app. Horrible, it would not register my number. I would receive the sms, but it would not autofill in the app. I spoke with a few representatives from BT, the same answer, the phone is the problem. I switched the phone, but still no success. The application is horrible, is not working, and nobody can give a response or help me with my problem.

Had two weeks of normal use, then the app erroneously detected my device as being rooted because it runs GrapheneOS. Their "security concerns" are meaningless drivel, both because grapheneOS doesn't reduce security compared to the stock OS and because other banking apps have absolutely no problem with it. I tried reaching out to support, it did indeed work afterwards, for about 3 hours. and then it reached the same state, where it was asking to uninstall itself.

This app compared to any other modern banking app is really subpar. With Bt pay kiddo you can't even see the transactions on your bank account only the ones made with your card and you can't make any IBAN payments with it , also asks every time to switch it to the default wallet app from Google pay which will never happen it's also slow and sluggish and buggy, you don't have any discounts or nothing, I recommend ING Young instead of BT Pay Kiddo for my fellow teens, it's not perfect but better.
