Just found out that the online platform isn't always sync-ed with the counter. One of the movies I wanted to watch today was only offered on 4D and Luxury online, but apparently was also available on the normal/Premium screening as well! The Bank Muscat offer was available online, but I was told over the counter that it had already expired. Come on!

Worst update ever! I remember this app used to be so convenient and reliable. After the update two things can not be done how much hard you try(applying a bank offer, and buying foods) these two option can not be applied to your booking no matter how hard you try even if you call central bank this won't work. If you are just trying a booking then after many tries you may be able to book other options do not wast your time on it.... Please fix or its just a waste

I think developers still have to improve this application, it is not user friendly, this is the second time to use and I will be heading to cinema to book my ticket there!!! Not shifting to next screen, payment screen hanging, amount deducted from my account and no confirmed booking, later I was refunded.
