I was enjoying THE APP, but today I opened it and have some changes that made me difficult to keep using it. First they change the trainer and the routine. I cannot find where I let my routine. Second, the advices are much more invasive. They take too much time and they open automatically the store many times. Third, the screen is not rotating. I would like to still sharing the screen in my tv.

Hello, in the Exercises page you can find your finished and unfinished day, even their percentage of completion. You could see your routine in that page. In addition, when you start the exercise, there is a button next to the exit button in the upper right corner of the page, it rotates the screen. Have a wonderful day!

I really want to love the app, but from what I've experienced, I can only like it. The instructions are clear & showing a video of someone, besides a cartoon character, is very helpful when doing specific moves. The actual exercises are great. The way they progress are not very easy to keep up with. It makes me want to give up, instead of stay on track, since some the exercises are not at a beginner's level & there's nothing there to help me build strength in order to progress to the next level.

awesome app, love that it is real person demonstrating the exercises. There's also a variety of set of exercies to choose from. I would say this is the best app for spine exercises that is free so far. Edit: Still like the app, however what I noticed is most of the exercises are just the same across different plans. But still fine for me. Thanks.
