Recently the app has become so annoying that it logs me out and I'm to log back in every time I open the app. Horrible design decision if it's intentional and not a bug. UPDATE: This isn't the first time I use a mobile app, so I know that some apps require authentication after some inactivity, which is usually done using biometrics. However with Doctolib, every few days, I'm completely logged out and would need to re-enter my password to even re-enable biometrics. This is clearly a bug!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. To provide the best possible protection for your personal data, you are automatically logged out of your Doctolib mobile app after 30 minutes of inactivity. To quickly log back into your account afterwards, you can use the quick login function, for example. Best regards, Your Doctolib Team

TERRIBLE APP. not possible to copy address data from the app. emails don't have appointment data in them. you can't copy data from the website. practitioners listed don't take on new patients. the maps don't work. doesn't work with a vpn. the whole setup just doesn't work. this is not a healthcare system. it's worse than a kids IT project. totally useless

Doesn't translate alot of German text descriptions to English. Doesn't allow copy paste of text into translator. Some treatments is very rare to find. Needs to email and contact them anyway. Difficult to understand how far the treatment facility is. Can't send a question first, instead it goes straight to booking an appointment. Missing direct links to google maps. Why build an app when a website has everything?
