Octopus Energy

I really don't like the latest update. Although including the daily standing charge in each days usage is not a bad thing, now it's really difficult to see the daily breakdown- it's all under my finger tip! If I adjust my finger to be able to see the breakdown then I can't see the date. Before you added all this extra info, a simple tap revealed the usage and the date.

Love being on octopus. Just find the app a bit clunky. For example, the app told me to book for a new smart meter fitting. I did it... but still telling me to book for new smart meter. Also, greener night forecast would be useful on app, but I have to log into website to get it. 100% love being with octopus though. App could just do with a bit of work.

The Octopus Energy app has become completely unreliable. Even after the latest update, it still crashes instantly, opens for a second, then closes and disappears. It just keeps crashing. I’ve tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone… nothing works. It’s frustrating, especially since this used to be a solid app. Really hoping the developers fix this soon. I can't even get my free coffee...
