Delivery status does not get updated for a week after the supposed delivery date, where nothing was delivered and the tracking says no product was even sent, yet. After painfully managing to contact support, the result is a canceled order from the seller's side. It took two weeks (one week after the declared delivery date) and me contacting support for them to notice there is no stock? That's a terrible system. Also, I saw the item in stock the same day it was canceled. Support unresponsive.

I ordered from About You and returned two items, but they only confirmed the return of one. I’ve emailed and called their customer service multiple times, but no one responds. I’m now out of money and missing an item with no support or solution from their side. Very disappointing experience. I expected better service. I won’t be ordering again unless this issue is resolved.

I ordered shoes from the application. prepaid full amount of the package and the package never came to me. They sent me an apologise email with a discount of 25% but did not send my money back. This is inappropriate from their side. I will never use the application. ever again! A very disappointing experience.
