I can't ever use the app anymore. Like everyone else has said in their reviews, it freezes on the home screen and you can't even click on anything or scroll. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared app cache, etc and nothing makes it work. I have to use my browser and go to the website to place online orders and the website is slow and glitchy, too. Come on Pizza Hut, get it together already.

The app loads but it's completely unresponsive and has been this way for over a month now. Have cleared cache and reinstalled multiple times and it just doesn't do anything when you touch anything on the screen. The only way to order is to either call or get on a computer with the website. I primarily order through the app so that's less sales for Pizza Hut.

Another update: I tried to use my app. It said there was an update. I completed it and still cannot login. YOUR SIGN IN DOESN'T WORK. I can't even begin as a guest. I would add a screenshot but it won't let me. I have to update my review and say this app has stopped working all together. I recently had to go to my computer to order online. That's pretty sad in 2025. A delivery fee on top of a tip is ridiculous. Especially a $5 fee
