Gym owners! THIS SOFTWARE IS A SCAM!! Do not sign up through WellnessLiving! The first 3 months are awesome, then they do random updates with no instructions on what's new or different.Then, the updates mess with your previous settings. Customers will have issues with their customer app. Then they will raise your rate inside of the contract time. Then their customer service stops talking to you when you try to cancel. I've been on hold for 30 minutes with them.

I love that I can check on data, work in progress, forgotten check-ins, and more right here at my fingertips. It doesn't have as much functionality as the web app, but that's understood. Oftentimes glitches seem to occur when someone is transferring from Wi-Fi to cell phone data or if the app has not been updated. Very user-friendly and it gets the job done.

The more I use this, the more frustrated I get. It works, but it has so many limitations. For example, there is no way to see the full appointment name when viewing the schedule. If your appointment names are longer than a handful of letters, good luck. It's little details like that that make the app so hard actually use as a staff member.
