I've been using this on Pixel 2 watch. Works perfectly and looks great! All the built in meters functional, and doesn't drain my battery. I also wanted to note that support was extremely helpful toward my requests via email.

Great face watch! If using the Pixel Watch 2 it needs to be resrarted for the battery level to work.
