Ok watches, clunky app. Takes forever to open and is not intuitive. Showing the kids on the map is great, but when you're trying to locate them it would be really helpful if it also showed where YOU were located in relation to them. It also doesn't show notifications when the kids text. Another thing that would would help a lot with battery life would be if they had added a wifi chip to the watch. It kills the battery when there's low signal!

Hi Kosta, please reach out to our team at gizmo@verizon.com. We would be happy to look into these issues and get them resolved. The app should push a notification to your phone when the Gizmo sends a text so this is not working as expected. As for your feedback, we can also pass it along internally to the greater team. Thank you. -Gizmo Dev Team

Pretty good app. Slow loading. gives good control of the gizmo watch, including power management, ringer volume, contact list, etc. gps usually works perfectly 90% of the time, but when it doesn't, it's way off. i wish there was a message received confirmation like there is on most text messages. sometimes the texts just don't go through. otherwise, it's a decent app for a reasonably priced and very useful watch from an excellent carrier I've been with for 30 years.

Wouldn't Recommend. If the system were more reliable this would be an amazing tool for communicating with and keeping track of your child. As it is, the app is clunky, requiring repeated logins throughout the day to do things like message your kid. It's also slow...updating your child's location can sometimes take over a minute and the initial results could be far from their actual location. Often, when calling my child, the call doesn't go through and I get the Verizon error recording.

Hello Bradley, the app itself should maintain your login. Usually with an issue like this, it would indicate an issue with your network connection for your phone as this can cause the login token to expire. By design the app is otherwise supposed to keep you logged in. Could you email us at gizmo@verizon.com so we can further discuss these issues?
