The snapshot doesn't show the image in my new phone. Also, it starts to send me notifications when some cars pass across the road beyond the crossing line which I don't need.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Overpriced and unreliable. In less than 6 months: 1. Face recognition fails in sunlight 2. Outdoor screen disconnects and turns white, slow to reboot 3. Indoor screen randomly goes blank 4. App is clunky and hard to use 5. Can’t fast forward video 6. No notifications when someone rings 7. When I do answer, I’m usually home and the app is slow to open This product needs serious improvement. Save your time, money and patience. Don’t buy it.

The app is average in comparison to Reolink which I also use. Overly complicated but seemingly less functions, not intuitive. Now I have a problem where when this app is open on my phone, even in the background, when I'm in the car it is constantly calling the number 10000000 by phone via Bluetooth and won't stop until I ully close the app.
