totally sucks ,constantly losing connection, one ear works, then the other doesn't, then it switches to the other, back and forth. need to always turn phone off then back on to connect with the devices options when out in public. when the app doesn't connect I need to delete it and then reload it. and pair my hearing aids to reconnect. such a frustrating app. Do not leave your standard reply that you send to everyone...Let us know that you're truly improving by fixing your app!

I have two issues. First, the Wellness tracker will often show many minutes of activity but no steps at all. I wasn't just waving my arms around. Second and more importantly, the wearing time doesn't update often enough. I understand limited updating extends battery life, but it would be wonderful if you would add an "update now" button. Thank you for your consideration.

Other helping to control the volume of the hearing aids this app never seems to work right. Just recently I tried to check the battery level but it kept "trying to connect" to the hearing aid. The hearing aid was functioning and connected to my phone. There's just a multitude of problems with the app and after almost 2 years you would think they would have resolved them. Disappointed.
