The app is great but every once in a while it will disconnect from my watch and will not reconnect no matter how much you restart the app. The only way I found it to work is to delete the app and reinstall from the play store which then makes you lose overnight data like sleep analysis and you also have to re-enable all the permissions manually which means you have to remember all of them which is a pain. Other than that I'd say it's great. Please Oraimo fix the issue.

Great app if it worked completely. Sometimes, the app refuses to sync with the watch. I uninstall and reinstall, but it still doesn't work. There is no new update. Until I reset the watch, losing all data. Even at that I also have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Very frustrating.

The app is good and works as it should, however, occasionally, for some reason, it logs you out or your password doesn't work so you'd have to reset it. Other users (colleagues of mine) have also indicated a difficulty in even creating an account. Kindly take a look at these issues.
