Very bad experience. Almost every day I am using it and every day it is showing less amount when I booked the cab and when I reached my destination it showed almost 5 to 10 riyals more. Drivers are taking long routes purposely and they are taking routes where lots of signals or traffic is there. I have experienced these everyday. Taxif is simply making people fool by showing less amounts by booking the cab

One of the worst experiences with this taxi app. My first ride was shown as 19.5 QR before booking, but after reaching the destination the driver asked for 29.5 QR. The same trip costs only around 17 QR in Uber. On top of that, there is no proper customer helpline like Uber to raise complaints or get support. Totally misleading and unfair pricing. I’m deleting this app — never using it again.

After long time I ordered taxi no 1399 I was little hurry and I told him plz do fast and he was so helpful, he didn't say anything, he drop me as soos as possible he was so kind, honest and helpful. I love your service thank you.
