I've played this game for 3 years+, it used to be awesome, but now it is a money grab, with absolutely horrible customer service. I've been a big spender with them, probably in the top 5% of spenders, and still can't get even satisfactory customer service. I waited a day and a half for them to reply to a request and in the meantime that base was destroyed, they would only replace a small portion of the losses, even though they were nonresponsive to my emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

You need to sort out you invasion logo in game as it is destroying our phones with screen burn 🔥 aswell as crashing constantly putting updates on every week more botherd about trying to get more money from the top vip players than sorting out there own servers . Still crashing just before zvz can't wait to get the food packs as compensation for losing a few billion in power Still the same problem after so many up date surely it's not that hard to turn the briteness of the logo down or remove

Absolutely shocking customer service! I am a veteran player returning after 6 years, have spent hundreds of pounds in a space of 2 days, and when I repeatedly emailed them about a bug (both, via email and the ingame option), not one response! It's been ages since I sent my first email. I have noticed that those who have spent grands get the fastest response (while othere wait weeks). Not spending another penny in this game. You're better off playing a different game, trust me.
