says only installers can use the app. wonderful. mine either went out of business or won't answer the phone.

The old app is much better. You have to navigate through three or four menus to get to the basic info that would come up automatically in the old app. The graphs are difficult to read compared to the way they were before. They also don't support the old app so you're forced to use this one. Very poorly designed. 1. I found it simple enough but it was needless tedious to navigate. 2. My old app literally told me to upgrade to this one. Bad app, bad designer

The one thing really missing is to receive an alert, a pop-up in the phone AND an email, when the Internet connection with the inverter is lost for more than, for example, 30 minutes.
