Can't upload photos for Large Metal Items and refrigerated appliances through the app or mobile web page. I was successful through the computer. I used a Google pixel 6.

If it doesn't recognize where you dropped the pin for the report, it takes you back to that screen to change it after you filled in all the information. After you confirm the location it wants you to submit a new report.
