Conquer Countries

It's a fun game, quick moving, but the ad problems PLAGUE this game. I'm learning the ads for better choices are USELESS because they are either grayed out, do not load when you click on them (and don't bother telling me to check my connection because I'm on unlimited and I'm right down the road from the center of town. 3 to 4 bars of signal at all times when not 5. Other times you will actually get a chance to watch the ad because it DOES happen to load but then gives you no reward.

Offbrand game of Sid Meier's Civilization 6. Weird humor that doesn't really fit the vibe for me, and some of them don't even make sense. Talks about aliens and such. It was fun and easy game until the game started to put me into situations where it was more beneficial to watch ads. Unfortunately, I eventually found myself watching ads with each prompt that showed up. So the entire gameplay went from a fun game to a tedious ad watching gameplay. It's just not fun anymore.

Game forced itself to uninstall. I bought the start of game package for a few dollars. Was pretty far in the game. Just had 303 stars. Reinstalled the game and have lost all progress and purchases. Please fix! Edit: Was told to contact through in-app support. In-app support does not seem to exist--or it is not in an easily accessible area. Please Help!!! Edit: I have reached out to the email provided and am awaiting a response.
