It was simple and extremely user friendly. Did not cause any serious problems at all during the process. Just to mention, it did not identify my email during login time. I had to use mobile number instead.

The app gets stuck easily when uploading document. the process of renewing the contract via it is annoying. I had to reinstall it more than once. let's see if it works this time.
