I've installed, reinstalled, restarted, and I still get an Oops, something went wrong, try again. The try again button doesn't work. I need to access my insurance cards. this is beyond frustrating. Please fix your app!

Every time that Biometrics is enabled for login, the next time I sign it, I have to re-enable it. Defeats the purpose of allowing it if I have to sign in every time with my username and password to re-enable it .

cannot access the actual insurance card. the email PDF does not load. I have tried it multiple times. Adding to Google wallet does not show front and back.
