This app is agonizing slow and not responsive to input. Took nearly 10 minutes to place a simple order. I received an order confirmation in the app and via email. Went to pick up but no order at restaurant. Looked in email only to find message 15 minutes after acknowledgement saying, "The ordering system was not able to transmit an order..." Should've just ordered at the restaurant in person and saved time!!

STAY AWAY! They charge service fees for this app! Go up a quarter on your menu and don't charge me this fee separately!!! Update after response 😂. The company cares nothing about the app experience. They pretend to say they can't afford having an app for a $12 burrito. If you can't afford an app for your chain then don't have one, go up a few cents on each item etc. mobile ordering saves companies money on labor expenses so there is no reason to charge extra for online ordering.

Won't let me place an order. I've Uninstalled and Reinstalled, I've cleared the data, etc. It continues to have items in the cart that I've tried to remove, and when I go to the cart it boots me out of the app saying my session has expired. absolute garbage app. **update** It also won't let you choose between offered deals on the app. So when you DO get to check out, it will show you one deal only, and that's what you get (regardless if it's the one you want to use or not).
