Payments and Renewal
You can download the app, sign-up, complete the personalization, and see preliminary results for free. Further use requires a subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your Google Play Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your Google Play Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your Google Play Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Buyer beware. I did a trial for one month and thought that is what i was getting. I did not get a renewal notice as I do in my other apps. It renewed automatically and I got a fraud alert. When I looked to see who effecto was I realized what had happened. Unfortunately, their policy is no refunds...even though it was the same day ! I will say though...their customer service was very quick in responding.

We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the trial, and renewal notifications are not sent. Please email help@no.diet with your account details and order number so we can review your case privately.

terrible! they give you their 3 meal choices for the day. take them or leave them. sure they offer a "swap" button for each one, but that gives you about 8 or 10 other meals to choose from. and you have to accept those as given. no deleting or changing any ingredient! very difficult to search and get around in the app. I cancelled the same day I subscribed. i have access for one month. maybe I'll learn to use it better by then. but there still won't be any flexibility! my loss.

Sorry to hear the app felt restrictive and hard to navigate. You can swap meals and filter by certain ingredients, plus update preferences and regenerate your meal plan for more variety. Please email help@no.diet so we can help.

In response to their ad, I chose the 3 mo trial of $39.99. They then offered an upgrade of lifetime for $99.99, so I took that thinking it was better than get charged every 3 months. I got charged for both. I emailed them about the error of the $39,99 charge, they said, sorry, we don't refund. I then asked them to cancel the lifetime charge of $99.99. Nora Abot canceled the Lifetime, but no refund on it. All of this communication was on the original day of the order. Don't buy it!!!

We understand how frustrating this feels. After purchasing a trial, lifetime plans are offered as a separate upgrade, not as a replacement, so both charges may apply if both are accepted.
