• Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

Excellent app! One of my concerns when traveling used to be not knowing where and how to find the correct tickets from my lack of multi-langual abilities in an effort to get to my destinations. This application alleviated my concerns, it also saved me alot of time one example: I was traveling direct from Paris to Mons with a final destination of Le Rue. I wasn't sure how I was getting to Le Rue and was short on time. With this app I was able to purchase my ticket while boarding the train.

We've just had a horrible experience. Apparently our train got cancelled and there's NOTHING about it in the app or on the website. I've tried refreshing status, info etc and I keep getting an error message. Thankfully a lady at the info station helped us. Additionally the app is asking for access to the files on my phone every time I open it which is just disturbing...

Notification doesn't work, it doesn't prevent you if your train is cancelled, not possible to track your trip. There's still a lot of developments to do in comparison to other train apps.
