login is useless- I've told this thing 5,000 times "yes remember me/this device" and I always have to answer a pop-up box that yes, I'm okay sharing my Skylight password with Skylight. (Who else would I be sharing it with??) This app also needs better tracking please. This is a tip card for me, so I get money on it almost daily from two sources, so it's hard to keep up with what the total is when I'm also swiping it for groceries, gas, etc. My bank app shows the total after every transaction...

A mess of an app and customer service is royally unhelpful. I don't blame the service rep for clearly not wanting to be there, and I imagine it is company policy for customer service to be completely useless, so I don't blame her for that, but man. This app is so frustrating to use when something goes wrong. I have to go through leaps and bounds to get one inch closer to fixing it. I gave social, card number, email, ect, and wasn't given something as simple as a username. Would not recommend.

I've been using this app for over a year with no issues. Suddenly today, the app stopped working and says I need to download the app but when I go to the store to do it I've already downloaded it and it doesn't give me the option to update it. I can still log into my account from my web browser but it's more convenient to use the app if it would only work. Hopefully, this bug gets fixed quickly.
