edit w: from them: Dear player, we have received a response from our technical department. We see that you have received the game items listed on these receipts. Therefore, we are unable to process your refund./ they double charged me and did not reward or refund - - issue that I'm seeing people state as far back as 2024 - game tends to crash right after rewards, the server sync lags ,so when you reopen the game the gems or coins are spent, or the box is opened... but the rewards are not there.

I bought the no ads offer ($20) in order to skip ads. The main reason I bought it was so I can skip the wait time on orders. However, they recently took away the option to watch ads for new orders, instead requiring you to wait or spend gems. The game was already slow. Now it's just unbearable. I wouldn't recommend downloading this at all. Typical "updates" that nobody asked for in order to squeeze more money out of players, all while making the game worse in the process.

This game is incredibly slow and laggy—basic actions feel like they’re running through molasses, and it constantly stutters or freezes. But the worst part? The ads. The game frequently offers you the chance to watch an ad in exchange for in-game rewards, but more than half the time, after sitting through a full 30 to 90-second ad, the app crashes or freezes right before the reward is given. No item, no currency—nothing. Just wasted time. This feels like a deliberate scam. The deve
