I love this ring, but unfortunately, after less than 2 weeks, the app and my phone aren't communicating. I've rebooted the phone, turned the ring off and back on, and Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I charged the ring all day, and it still won't pair. My return window expired five days ago. I guess I paid for one month of service. very very disappointed. So far, I can't seem to get any tech support. I will gladly update this review if I get through to the company and can connect

The ring itself is beautiful. the app worked perfectly for 2 days when I first bought it now it's playing up tracking everything and showing all the data! but now one minute it shows everything being tracked and then next minute it's all vanished. when I first woke up this morning the sleep tracking was showing now it's vanished... earlier this morning it was showing all my heart rate tracking and then it all vanished and doesn't seem to be anyway of getting it all back after it's dissapeared!

Although it's nice to 'do a lot of steps' in a day, my experience with this ring is that it records far more steps than you actually do. Yesterday, for example, it recorded approximately 40% more than the very accurate Samsung step counter on my phone. This included, at one point, over 100 steps while I sat stationary in my car. A bit of a pity as I had really high hopes for it. on the plus side, if you're doing a Step Challenge at work... 😉😄
