I enjoy watching TV shows, but the app keeps crashing when using any app on my phone, even temporarily and quickly. The app hides the image and keeps playing an unknown sound. When I restart the channel, I get a recording error message and the channel can't be played again unless I close the app completely and clear cach. There are also many channels on the regular receiver that are not available, such as CBC, Al-Nahar, and many others.

Purchased one month subscription. Amount was deducted but the subscription is showing inactive. There is no option to get in touch with customer care. Better to go for some other options.

Better live channels selection than STC tv but only if you get it to work. I recommend working on easier user experience and make live TV the main point not the other way around
