we use it at my work place cafe. it generally good and its nice to out the order in before walking across campus to pick it up. overall, adds time to your lunch break because the food is prepared at the start of the break, not 15 mins into it. 1 star reduction because the app does crash couples a week and you have to close it and start your order over again.

I have to constantly authenticate through my company, even though I choose to use biometrics. at least once a week I have to set up biometrics. it's quite annoying.
