sometimes this company is good and sometimes it's terrible. the app works ok but not great. It has weird glitches that force you to start over with searching. customer service is not great. they'll give you scripted answers that aren't really answers and they to hood wink you. like randomly adding new fees to your order and try to make you think you've always paid extra when you have the receipt. it's dishonest. as long as you don't have problems it's cool, but if something goes wrong, it's bad.

I love the concept of this app, and the notifications are useful and not too often. However, if I'm going to make more purchases, I need a way to save items for later because I like to add everything to my cart and then pare it down, but also not forget when I might be interested in later. Because things sell out, this problem usually solves itself, but sometimes I have a cart full of $300 worth of items and want to check out quickly to get a good deal and I don't really need it all right now.

Great discounts, quick turnaround time, and customer service is helpful. Handled through email. They normally respond within a day from my experience and are very informative. Ships UPS. Products arrive in boxes with their logo. They package glass and heavier items in a bubble wrapped enclosure, preventing messy breaks. No damaged items upon arrival. I get to try items for a discounted price that I pass by in the store due to its price, or it's not a necessity.
