A very bad app when you have a problem they can't help you at all, they will give you the number 101 to call service but they will not resolve the problem just will give you 3 options you don't need at all. completely unnecessary even if you want to recharge balance is not that easy there is no option for nothing the SIM card will stop working and you need to go direct to the office because this app is not working . change for DU is better. more easy and resolve the problems fast

I tried to get on Customer Service chat, and there is no option. Very bad experience for me. No customer service at all...

there is no way to communicate with the customer service agent. I tried so hard. now I don't think I will use or recommend their service to anyone anymore.
