Works half the time at most. When it works this app is solid, you can view all the devices connected, reset the modem, pause access to a device. It is very handy with kids. Usually it won't connect though, even when wifi is working fine the app says can't connect, then we call midco, then they reset something, and then it might work. Really it is junk overall.

Hi David, have rolled out app upgrades. Could you please see if you have the latest version and let us know if you are still experiencing these issues?

Downloaded it, made sure I was connected to my wifi, launched the app and it won't connect. I get an error message that says: "Application support not enabled. The application functionality is currently disabled by your service provider. For further help, contact your service provider support center." It then gives you the option to close or contact support. When you choose contact support, it goes into the app and walks you thru troubleshooting. Everything it asks, I did & still doesn't work.

Worst app ever. Love the idea behind this but makes things more complicated. It's the router gets reset the times and schedules reset, and the names of the devices. This is one issue among many for me. Half the time all my connected devices don't even show up, and now for the last week the only profile is mine, I had 4 people set up with profiles. I'm about to cancel this because $10 a month to have no control and spend way to long opening and closing app to get it to work is bs!
