Very horrible delivery company. Drivers are always stealing food, and grubhud still bills you for their error. The restaurant merchant app is not user-friendly at all. It is very hard to add a new item to your menu on their app. You need to do better, grubhub. On all the delivery companies we have, you are the least used by customers. You need to be competitive.

Do NOT sign up with them! The recruiter did not put accurate information on the platform from our menu when signing us up, Nor did he put in our banking info for deposits. We've called numerous times & they do nothing but create tickets for your issues, never get back to you, & still haven't deposited money. I've been going back and forth with them about canceling our account & removing is from their platform. We still have customers coming in to pickup their order they placed on the platform.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Stay away from this third party provider. Their customer support is unreliable , very hard to understand and can't barely provide any help or take any responsibilities for their mistakes. They sent orders at your store opening times even though they had the order the day before. No notification are being entered for orders except their tablet. You may have to hire someone just to stare at it so you don t miss an order.
