I loved this game. just started playing in July 2025 when they advertised a new server.. They announced yesterday that they were shutting the game down in less than two weeks. I played this game regularly and bought packs that were intended to be for annual play, but I've only gotten a couple weeks of use out of. now that they're closing down the game they're refusing to refund for services that they're now not providing. Its not ethical to start a new server knowing it'll close down in 60 days.

Prompted me to take a survey to get rewards but not all the servers are available to choose from. It only goes up to CasselteS4 but the server it started my game on was CasselteS6. Would love to fill out the surveys and give more in-depth feedback but it does not let me. Also the Forbes ranking system always had a red notification dot on it even after I've used all my likes, claimed all rewards and interacted in every way possible. So far that's my biggest complaint.

This game offers so much and I love it. It's not a basic boring tapping tycoon game. This is probably the most interactive tycoon I've ever played. With great art and animation, story telling, character easter eggs and different play styles included plus more surprises, this is a great game to have, I just wished it could be played offline.
