Horrible app, slow, laggy, and missing useful features (I’m a developer, I can tell). The bank itself is worse: during a tough period I was in the red -130€ for 45 days, transactions didn't work after i reached that amount, had to borrow cash just to eat and pay for my pills. Even after settling and getting payed for work, i went to get groceries, my card was mysteriously removed from the app, leaving me humiliated at checkout and unable to withdraw despite having money. No support, no empathy.

Good app, thanks for the dark theme. The only issue is it doesn't take in account the accents nor 'ç' (and not even the '€' character) in the payment motive/description. We are french people, these are mandatory UTF-8 characters, any reasons the devs forgot about it when it's only for a description? Ou peut-être même que les développeurs ne sont pas français eux-mêmes?

Everything is good and all. But you should remember this is an online banking app and you guys also provide international cards and support as far as I know. But having French as the only language is very problematic for new people in France. You should have the English language at least as a 2nd option for us. It is already hard to navigate through the app and language makes it that much harder. I have to use a 2nd phone and take pictures to get translated cause taking screenshots is a no go.
