I've had this on my phone for a while now, getting through the story bit by bit (parenting tends to cut game time short, lol). I waited until I'd finished so I could give a fair review, and.. I'M ASTOUNDED! This game is a phenomenal, bite size RPG that can be enjoyed at ones own pace, and completed in about 8-10 hours. It's extremely simple, but that's honestly one of it's strongest points. 1 character to play means you don't spend hours customizing a party, and you can simply enjoy the story.

Man, I haven't played a game like this since... uh, since... um. Since almost never! I just love this game! Great story, characters, and fights. Kinda reminds me of Earthbound for the Super Nintendo. Although I do ask for you to... un-buff the bats. They're pretty powerful, not gonna lie, so I'd like a downgrade for them. But that's my only complaint! It requires no Wi-Fi at all, making it a good game to play on a trip. And the dialogues can be hilarious! 10/10, please downgrade Bats.

This game is an old school RPG in every sense, the good and the bad. It reminds me of a smaller scale Phantasy Star 2. It could benefit from a map, equipment variety, and the magic system is almost useless. Regenerating MP or a bigger pool of MP would go a long way. The gameplay is an 8 bit grindfest which I love but the devs should have implemented some modern ideas. Devs the ending is unacceptable, and after all the credits you get a screen that you have to force close the game to exit.
