I'm extremely frustrated with this game crashing all the time. I lose progress and don't retain prizes or energy. Also, customer service sucks!!!! They're very unhelpful when requesting compensation for broken events or lost purchases. And getting in touch with support is very frustrating. I loved the game, but considering quitting. I put real money into the game I should get better help.

Generally really like this game for what it is. Biggest issue is I keep having the app crash about two minutes into running it, completely wiping any energy I've gotten from my guild or the rewards from gifts from friends -- usually the max of both of them, and resetting any progress ive made on any boards. Super frustrating and has brought me to the brink of uninstalling.

Loading issues seem to be resolved. Really enjoyed the game until this evening. Suddenly does not complete loading and in addition part of the game is now in another language (Chinese??) Not English. Just uninstalled/reinstalled and same problem. Hopefully someone will provide a fix. Spent a bit of money on the game and really enjoyed it until it quit working.
