This app is getting more and more annoying. At first, it wouldn't let me use it if I had developer options turned on... and now it won't let me use just any keyboard... and I have to REBOOT MY PHONE when I change keyboards! I can see why they would not want you to use some odd, third party keyboard, but they should support a white-list of quality, Android keyboards that they support, not just the built in one. And don't tell me to DM you on X, as I don't have an account there because elon SUX!!!

App was working perfectly fine and then I tried to login today and app keeps crashing...very annoying and hindering to business. I was told to reach out via Twitter or email but the email "help" I received was telling me to reinstall the app (why didn't I think of that 🙄) then I was told to contact the number on the back of my card because they couldn't help me out further than that?? Great job with your "IT" department

This "app" no longer works with the keyboard I WANT to use!! Some idiot decided that it will only work something I DON'T want to use! Let ME, the user, decide what keyboard I want to use! DON'T force me to use something inferior that I have never used and DON'T TRUST. I don't care what some idiot programmer thinks. Citi does everything possible to make using their total technology platform hugely DIFFICULT and NOT user-friendly.
