Going to uninstall this app....its shouldn't be so complicated to use unless you trying to keep participates from achieving the points. I should not have to be forced to use certain trackers to get my points or sit on the phone for 30 min with tech support and find no solution. It's a very frustrating app and no one has time for that. fix this and I'm able to use my Galaxy watch for tracking. I shouldn't have to contact anyone it shouldn't be this hard. Fix it so we can use the trackers we want

This app does not sync with any new devices in the Android ecosystem or pretty much anything developed beyond 2014. Samsung Health nope, Google fit nope, new smart scales nope even one provided by work, and even the apps they do offer sync with like myFitnesspal it doesn't pull in the other data that's logged within that app just meals. For folks who are enthusiast about health and fitness this app is abysmal at actually tracking health goals unless I MANUALLY add my workouts, water intake, etc.

Knockoff Castlight app that functions much worse. Was locked out for months due to a sync screen with Google Fit. Now I can finally login but it doesn't Sync with S-Health or Samsung devices like Galaxy watches. It's wild that the 2nd most popular smartwatch maker isn't supported by Cigna and EverNorth. You are expected to manual enter your steps and sleep. Also the company rewards are structured in a way you need to engage Frequently to any rewards with it. Bring back Castlight PepsiCo!!!
