I was skeptical at first but once I was able to take a quality picture. Try and not have too many parts at one time in the photo, it takes a lot longer to scan. I have quite a few vintage pieces from the 80s and 90s that I want to try and recreate old builds and knowing exactly what I have, helps so I can keep it as accurate at possible. PoM has been a huge help.

Cool idea. But doesn't seem to work with any of the Bionicle pieces I own. I'd love to catalog all my loose pieces and see what kits I could build. But everytime I scanned, I had to manually adjust the box, add more boxes, and correct each one the right piece. Hopefully the app will improve it's ability to recognize bionicle pieces in the future.

At first glance this app seems like the solution to my sorting problem. I have somewhere around ~30-50,000 unsorted parts in my collection and no way to reliably sort them. The ability to quickly add a few dozen parts at a time to an indexed inventory is going to be seriously life changing. My only concerns are the lack of ability to export my collection, and a fear of the app losing support in a few years, or not adding new parts as they are released. I'm hoping it sticks around!!
