What an amazing ✨ app! This is how it ought to be - not only can I manage my Airtel money account (securely) from within the app, I can also get an overview of my balances (Data, Calls, SMS) in a single interactive dashboard. I can subscribe to/purchase various deals all in one app. It's also connected to government services so that I can be linked to them speedily. It also allows me to identify Airtel shops in an area of my choosing, check network coverage, and upgrade to an E-sim! Kudos ✨

Poor Login Experience. I understand the idea behind your auto OTP verification system, but it’s impractical to keep removing my SIM card from the router just to verify, then switching back to my regular SIM each time. It would make much more sense to provide an option to manually enter the OTP. That way, I can simply connect to Wi-Fi, copy the OTP from the SMS section, and log in easily. I get that you’re trying to simplify things, but in reality, this approach makes the process harder, not easy

Since I started using the App, I experienced few things which need to be considered all features and services should be on the App. I learnt that some features are not displayed on the App, like Mini - fi bundle purchase, I don't know if it is a problem with App version I'm using. All in all, the App is very good,easy to access. It would be more amazing if some services could be accessed offline.
