Labelife app keeps crashing, I can't even open it. It's been doing that for about a month now. I've researched the problem and did everything that is suggested to get it going again and NOTHING! The printer is useless without the app, it's an expensive paper weight! This needs to be fixed asap! Many complaints about the app not working/closing when you open it and still NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE COMPLAINTS! BUT they are still selling this printer on Amazon and are knowingly ripping people off!

The printer works and is mechanically functional. However, you have to double click out of each label and even when you back out and generate a new label...the previous label can sometimes print twice!!!! Thank goodness some of my customers are honest, and I will have them ship back another customers order to me so I can send the merchandise to the right customer. Frustrating The price i saved by buying saving on this printer with wonky software I could have bought a more reliable unit.

Just awful software. It's not intuitive at all and every so often, without warning it'll just stop working and you have to factory reset your printer and reinstall the software to reload the printer(which requires a PC before you can use it on your mobile). It says they offer 24 hour chat support, but that's a lie. The window just stays there with your question on it and no one ever appears. I've left it open in another tab for 2+ days just to see. I'm looking for an alternative I can use now.
