currently we opened a company account in this bank. We requested NetBanking and we got it after 2 months. now, we struggle to transfer money through NetBanking it's only showing options not working. now this app is showing in shutdown. The website is also not working. we are also struggling timely and we can't transfer funds to our suppliers. better I will close this bank account. very poor response 😕😕😕😕😕😕

application is smooth but I have concern from.2 days used the application why the actual balance on the online banking is not correct is not appear immediately on application and transactions on hold for 10days 🤔 I know this is frustrating and also debit card isn't linked to account and please correct this things not good to.see.your balance from.SMS only

thanks for the app following are some points . whenever IBAN is added it should automatically provide the country . after transfer you need to add a receipt option . add and manage users users option . add utility bill payment is tricky and not working properly . additional products can be added as a link whether it is point of sale or financing in addition to loan application and OD . capability of generating a receipt even if the transaction is initialized
