this game is very fun, and the combat mechanics are very interesting. I enjoy the strategy aspect of this game, but my major fault with this game has to be crafting mechanics. why even bother with a crafting system if you still need to buy currency to create certain cards. I do like the idea of the limited event cards as it incentives play, but it's rather frustrating knowing I can drop many hours in the game and still not be able to craft some cards. otherwise, this game has great potential.

It's a board game and card game in one, but the board game aspect makes it rather boring and long. Each turn you build a lane to the enemy leader with your lands that are also required to summon your units. The extra perks scattered on the board, that your units can grab, just seem like distractions, but I guess they can be helpful, like drawing an extra card? Just gotta waste time grabbing it. It's almost like they took MTG, dumbed it down, and added a board to add the complexity back.
