They don't tell you up front that if you cash in points, you have to use them immediately. I cashed in a huge amount of points, thinking my purchases would be free for the summer. A few weeks in, they stopped applying points to my purchases and said they erase your earnings if you don't use them quickly enough. After getting screwed on rewards, I won't be shopping there anymore. Wisconsin has Kwik Trip, and they have even given me free gift cards just for providing feedback, which is unheard of!

it literally doesn't work. you try to log in, it takes you to a browser page, asks you for your log in info and takes you back to the app without being logged in. sure you can reset your password, but it won't do anything. I thought it was something I was doing wrong, but after checking the reviews, I realized pretty much EVERYONE is, and that's even more frustrating. Basically they said 'screw you for having points, you'll never get to use them'. and trying to submit a report does notthing.

Rewards are nice, I don't like the app, though. It's hard to navigate unless someone shows you how. A description of how to use rewards and what the buttons do would be nice. If you don't know, you redeem a reward, then scan the QR code at the teller. This works for fuel rewards as well, you just prepay.
