I'm 62 and really enjoy this chair yoga app. The moves are gentle and easy to follow, and I can do them right from my chair. My knees and back feel better, and I'm more flexible now. It's nice to exercise at home and feel good after. Highly recommend to seniors!

so far good just hoping it continues to be free and also I see results and a change would really surprise me from the countless apps done not seeing results we'll see I will be back
