Moordekay Saw Trap

I fed the cat a piece of fish and managed to pick up the garbage bag, but it won't let me pick up the crowbar afterward. The hint says to pick up the crowbar, but the cat keeps attacking me and when I go to it. I've also tried feeding it another piece of fish, but my avatar tells me that he cat is full. I've also looked up guides to see if I'm missing a step, but in the guides, they're able to pick the crowbar up without getting attacked. Idk if it's a bug or what.

it's a great game except I can't complete it because I can't get past the cat? I'm not sure if this is a glitch or if it's apart of the game but the cat only takes one fish but you need 2 in order to collect the crowbar? Does anyone know how to get past it

Great game as usual. Only reason for the loss of a star is if u put the video game down during the cut scene it disappears and you have to restart the game.
