Terrible experience. My paid yearly subscription was lost only after a few months in, and after 3 weeks of back and forth, all I got was 1) unable to recover, 2) unable to issue gift card, 3)go ask Google play (despite knowing that Google denied my refund request) x2, and 4) a bunch of lengthy, empathetic but useless emails reiterating that they are unable to compensate on anything, both technically and financially. Give my money back if you can't fix the technology, basic developer etiquette!
