Absolutely digraceful!! I bought the ray ban meta AI glasses and NONE of the Meta AI features are available on the glasses or app despite saying on their website that they are! I tried factory resetting several times and every time I ask any question I get "the feature is not available yet in your region", despite being in one of the supported countries! So they LIE on their website and I can't contact meta support since my serial number is not recognized in the Meta website (???). I'm so sad.
