Can no longer login to the app after the latest update. Keeps telling me that i had entered invalid password too many times. Website login fine, but then get forwarded to the app, so i cannot complete purchase. Update 1/3/2023 - still totally useless. Can't login. Says that i have too many invalid credentials and the account is locked. If I try to login on a browser with exact same credentials, i can login without any issues at all. Chewy ignores this issue despite my previous complaints.
